Health & Safety
Health & Safety is intrinsic to all practices within the group. We conduct regular training and ensure compliance. A full time staff is dedicated to Health & Safety compliance at all farms.
Crop Protection
We have an integrated approach to plant protection. All concerned staff is regularly trained in the basics of IPM and related tools. We partner closely with vendors to bring the latest in formulations and technologies to our teams.
We aim to minimize the impact on the environment and at the same time ensure the best quality of roses delivered to our customers.With this minimalistic approach, we have been able to comply with the most stringent requirements of our European customers.
We encourage all managers to keep themselves updated with the latest practices in this field. They must attend a minimum of 3 trainings a year on the subject.
Crop Management
We believe in empowering our worker to deliver the best. Training on all aspects of growing and related cultural practices is carried out on a regular basis. Starting with general orientation for all new recruits to job specific, in-depth training for all process and practices related to growing of flowers.
Flower ripeness (cut stage) is a very important requirement for our customers, so it receives the most training & attention from trainers.
